Spring Break in Rome

Rome, the Eternal City

History, history, history!  A visit to Rome is a hands-on history lesson.  On our trip to Rome you will see ancient constructions such as the Colosseum, the Forum Romanaum, the Pantheon and the ruins of Roman walls (dating from the 1st century BC).  We will visit the Sistine Chapel, with a ceiling decorated by Michelangelo during the Middle Ages.  Our extension to Pompeii will allow us to observe the remains of a city destroyed by the eruption of Mt Vesuvius in 79 AD.  So many things to see … so many things to do!
